Description:   Chinese porcelain plate with rounded rim, decorated in bold manner with the typical pagoda landscape, a scholar and his attendant crossing a bridge, a boat, all encircled with the heron and lotus border. A strange feature of this dish is that on the reverse there are three peach branches, carrying a peach and blossoms at the same time.

Dating:  16th century, Jiajing, Ming dynasty.

Size:  19.4 cm diameter
