Description
Description: Chinese porcelain bowl decorated with the abstract motif of coiled qilong at the bottom and other four ones outside. This abstract way of painting is named ultra-xieyi and is well described and documented in Bi Keguan’s book “Chinese Folk Painting on Porcelain”. The penultimate picture is made by assembling pictures of shards that clearly illustrates the progressive developing of this painting style, pictures taken by the mentioned book; instead, the last picture is directly compared the qilongs of this bowl and that of the bowl T13, the previous one.
