Notes:  About Mario Dalmazzo collection, see the Notes of the ceramic bottle C8.

The construction of this bottle is quite complex. The ivory body is cylindrical, with added hardwood “wings”. This has been possible to see thanks to the fact that the lacquer is partially flaked off on the wood areas. Without the flaking, it would not have been possible to see this detail, because the junction between the two materials is perfectly smooth.
