O36 A lacquered “Bamboo and birds” snuff bottle

Description

Description:  Japanese lacquered small snuff bottle, decorated with bamboo and a bird on a green background on one side, and flowers and a bird on black background on the other side. Very good polishing.

Foot/base:  Concave base

Mark:  Four characters Qianlong mark on red background

Dating:  19^th Century

Material:  Bone

Size:  45 mm high

Stopper:  Lacquered bone with bone spoon.
