Description

Six-lobed bowl from the mid-Edo period.  In the well a cloak, surrounded by stylised waves.  On the rim six circular reserves with diaper patterns.  On the reverse, lozenge-shaped reserves and stylised stars, similar to the decoration on the reverse of some “kraak” items.
