Kidney-shaped dish, 1650-1660

Description

Small, kidney-shaped plate from the early Edo period.  In the well, flowers in relief and a paulownia leaf.  Around the rim, scrollwork.  A similar, slightly larger plate is documented in the catalogue of the Shibata collection, vol. III, no. 145.
