Kutani charger with festival, 1912-1926

Description

Lobed and fluted plate from the Taisho period.  In the well, a festival procession; around the rim, four reserves with flowers and landscapes; four others with stylised phoenixes, all against a background of abstract patterns.  On the reverse, floral designs (vines and blossoms).
